              are you using Linux or Windows
              If Linux make sure you are typing name as it is like “User.h ” it should be “user.h” as it is case sensitive in Linux.
              You can find all those header files in your projects “platform” folder.

                  Create new PlutoX project in Cygnus and just replace the code with sample code, it should work directly.
                  Is there anything your missing, can you describe what steps your following?

                      1: Flash the default firmware from Update Firmware section in App and verify if Pluto is working.
                      2: Have you tried building and flashing again, does problem persist every time? Also have tried flashing other programs also?

                          Hey, PlutoX supports FRSky RC and because of weight constrain we recommend using nano FRSky Receiver. Drop your email id I will share compatible firmware to fly with RC.

                              SO I think you are not able to flash the firmware.

                              You can Flash firmware through Cygnus and App.

                              Make sure you have updated App and try to flash through app again.

                                  Yes, you can connect Pluto to PC and also program it. You need to download Cygnus IDE to do so, here is the link to Cygnus and supporting documents: download
